Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At YepStyleMe.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Exchange

We offer exchanges only under specific circumstances.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable).

  • A clear parcel opening video is mandatory as proof of any defect, damage, or incorrect item received.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Important:

  • Exchanges are only available for products received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

  • Requests without a valid parcel opening video may not be approved.


2. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns for products that have been successfully delivered and are free from defects.

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Change of mind purchases

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales

No Return for Size Issues. Customers are advised to review the size chart carefully before placing an order.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been successfully placed.

  • No refunds will be issued for canceled orders after order confirmation.

  • Customers are requested to verify all order details before completing their purchase.


4. Refund Policy

YepStyleMe follows a Credit Note Policy in certain situations.

Credit Notes May Be Issued If:

  • The ordered product becomes unavailable or out of stock after order placement.

  • The product cannot be delivered due to supplier-related issues.

  • Other exceptional circumstances arise where order fulfillment is not possible.

Important:

  • No cash refunds or bank refunds will be issued in the above cases.

  • Instead, customers will receive a Credit Note equivalent to the order value.

  • Credit Notes can be used for future purchases on YepStyleMe.com.


5. Exchange Request Process

To request an exchange, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Order Number

  • Parcel Opening Video

  • Clear Images (if applicable)

  • Description of the issue

Our team will review the request and respond with further instructions.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share the parcel opening video and relevant photographs.

  3. Our team will verify the claim.

  4. Upon approval, a replacement or exchange will be arranged.

If the claim is approved, YepStyleMe will bear the applicable shipping costs associated with the exchange.


7. Non-Exchangeable Products

The following categories are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or defective:

  • Intimate Apparel

  • Lingerie

  • Swimwear

  • Personal Care Products

  • Final Sale Items

  • Clearance Sale Products

  • Customized or Personalized Products


8. Policy Updates

YepStyleMe reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Refund, Return & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any updates will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon publication.
